William Ray “Bill” Wilkins, 91, of Somerset, Ohio, entered his eternal life at 2:09 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at Genesis Morrison House in Zanesville, Ohio. They all brought him much joy in life. He and PJ enjoyed sitting on their deck while enjoying the beauty of their country home. Bill never met a stranger. He had a wonderful sense of humor. Due to restrictions of the COVID-19 virus, the family will hold a private service with burial to follow in Mt. Perry Cemetery. A celebration of life will be observed at a later date.
