Thelma Lucille (Williams) Rossiter, 94, of Newark, Ohio, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2020. She was born September 16, 1926 to Helen (Jadwin) and Lewis “Shock” Williams. Thelma was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Rossiter; her first husband, Harley Tittle; and a brother, Bob Williams. She leaves behind four children, Rodger, Danny, Linn (Wollangur) and Randy Tittle; step-children, Delma and Diana; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2020 in Community Gardens with Dick Duemmel from Southgate Church of Christ officiating. Friends may call from 10:30-11:00 a.m. at the cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Southgate Church of Christ Kentucky Relief Program, 1075 S. 31st. St., Heath, Ohio 43056.
