Rosemarie Howard passed away peacefully in her home, with family by her side on Monday, October 13, 2025, after an 8 year hard fought battle with cancer. Rosemarie was born July 4, 1963, in Windsor, Ontario to Lee (Pearl) and the late Hazel Vandelinder. She is survived by her husband Dave Howard (together for 25 years, and married for 16), her children Candice Auclair, Paige Auclair (Ferdi), Joshua Howard (Becca), and Jenna Howard (Andrew). She was a proud and loving grandmother to her five grandchildren Endaiya, Arijana, Ardore, Andrew Jr., and Aubrielle. Rosemarie also leaves behind her 4 sisters, Denise Crow, Laura Williams (Mark), Kathleeen Anderson, and Lisa Vandelinder (Jeff), and many wonderful nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her special Aunt Nancy. Rosemarie will be remembered and missed for her beautiful smile, generous personality, selflessness, joy of life, and the imprint she left on all those she encountered. Rosemarie was a devoted manager, leading people throughout many aspects of her career. She always went above and beyond to do the best she could with any company she worked for. She gained many wonderful friendships within her career path in both Ontario and Ohio. Rosemarie enjoyed traveling with her husband to experience different beaches from around the world, attending concerts (especially Adele) and spending time with her precious grandchildren. Rosemarie made sure to make the most of everyday. As per her request, there will be a Celebration of Life held in her honor/honour at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the Somerset Church of Christ, 314 N. Market St., Somerset, Ohio. The family gives special thanks to the Fairhope Hospice & Palliative Care staff for their loving and devoted care during this difficult time in her life.
