Raymond Lee Emmert

Raymond Lee Emmert, 69, of Thornville, Ohio, passed away at his residence in January 2024. Ray was born July 2, 1954, in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Thomas Michael and Anna Marie (Mickey) Emmert. He was a 1972 graduate of Sheridan High School and retired from Anchor Hocking after many years of service where he worked as a furnace operator. Ray is survived by two sisters, Cecilia Emmert and Angela “Angel” Emmert; three brothers, Robert “Bob” Emmert, Paul (Sharon) Emmert, and Ronald “Ron” Emmert; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Carl William “Bill” Emmert, and one sister, Linda Jane Emmert.
