Patrick A. Studer

Patrick A. “Pat” Studer, 66, of Somerset, passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2022, at Altercare of Somerset. Patrick was born December 6, 1955, in Zanesville, Ohio, the son of Dorothy Joann (Carney) Studer of Somerset and the late Gerald D. Studer. Patrick was an avid sports fan and loved the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Reds, and the LA Rams. He also loved music and the Beatles were his favorite. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Sheridan Class of 1974. He is survived in addition to his mother by his brothers, Edward (Deb) Studer, John (Dianna) Studer and Gary A. Studer; sister, Mary (Jerry Weaver) O’Brien; seven nieces and nephews; and several aunts and uncles. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his nephew, John Patrick Studer. Friends may call from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at the Bope-Thomas Funeral Home in Somerset. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Andre’ Joseph LaCasse, O.P. as celebrant.
