Patricia L. Koehler, 67, of Somerset, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Fairfield Medical Center. Patty was born August 9, 1957, in Springfield, Illinois, the daughter of the late William and Dorothy (James) Jones. She spent most of her life in the accounting industry. She is survived by her husband, James L. Koehler of Somerset; one sister, Debby Thompson and friend Sandy McKamey of Springville, TN; one niece, Lashawnda Kirk; a step-granddaughter, Jerilyn Koehler; and one step-grandson, Jacob Hoover and his wife Anna. She was preceded in death in addition to her parents, by many aunts and uncles. There will be a caring cremation at Patty’s request. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2025, in Somerset Cemetery with Gerry Wade officiating. Bope-Thomas Funeral Home in Somerset is entrusted with the arrangements.
