Minnie Ann (Pierce) Moore

Minnie Ann (Pierce) Moore, 82, of Glenford, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, which was a very sunny day with the birds chirping, her family and loved ones very close by. Minnie was born September 22, 1938 in New Marshfield, Ohio, the daughter of the late John and Alice (Dickens) Pierce. She went to Waterloo High and was a CTI Grad. She was the wife of a Vietnam veteran/retired Army for over 47 years (passed 2003). She is reunited with him now. Minnie loved to travel, taking the time in her adventures to make sure that she saw all of her children from Texas to Nevada, around to Ohio, then off to Massachusetts. During the winter she liked Texas. Once the weather cleared, she was off again on her adventures. She traveled for 14 years, the last four with her furry companion, Olive. She is survived by her six children, Tony Moore, Anna Davis, Barbara Selegue, Patricia Randell, James A. Moore, and Henry Dunn; 17 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; her siblings, Ralph Pierce, and Drew Perry. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Alfred Moore; brother, Charlie Pierce and grandson, John Kidd. No calling hours will be observed.
