Mary Ann Barnhart, 92, of Glenford, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2023, at Altercare of Somerset. Mary was born October 29, 1930, in Meigs County to the late Ernest and Winifred (Landon) Barton. She retired from Mirror Insulation in Lancaster, Ohio. Her favorite past times were growing plants and flowers and feeding and watching birds. Mary Loved spending time with her family. She is survived by three sons, Joe (Kathy) Barnhart, Thurman (Katherine Bohl) Barnhart and Terry (Kim) Barnhart; one son-in-law, Jim Arbaugh; nine grandchildren, Amy (Michael) White, Marie (Jim) Hatert, Patrick (Rachel) Barnhart, Isaac (Beth) Arbaugh, Curtis Arbaugh, Chris (Charity) Kindler, Carie Garza, Damon (Alysha) Barnhart, and Wesley Barnhart; fifteen great-grandchildren, Logan, Ethan and Carter Barnhart, Ryan Hatert, Jayden and Aubrie White, Gage Barnhart, Elexis (Kyle Orwig) Barnhart, Amelia and Henri Barnhart, Kendal Davis Madilynn Kindler, Elliana Kindler, Elias Garza and Hallie Garza; one great-great grandchild, Malakai Orwig; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Barnhart; daughters, Ann Kindler and Joyce Arbaugh; son-in-law, Ed Kindler; and grandson, Grant Barnhart. There will be a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2023, in Olivet Cemetery, Highpoint Rd. Thornville, Ohio (Ziontown) with Pastor David Helser officiating.
