Mark K. Ridenour

Mark Ridenour, 66, of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Glenford, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023, at Grant Medical Center following a brief illness. Mark was born April 5, 1957, to the late Richard and Joy (Neff) Ridenour of Glenford. Mark was a natural tinkerer with a wealth of electrical and mechanical skills. He will be remembered for his buoyant laugh, his year-round love of Christmas, his signature long hair, and his penchant for listening to loud country music. He is survived by one sister, Marla (John) Largent of Somerset, Ohio, along with two nieces and three nephews. Mark was preceded in death in addition to his parents, by his brother, Rick Ridenour. Mark will have a private funeral and burial in Highland Cemetery in Glenford. Per Mark’s wishes, there will be no calling hours. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff at Grant Medical Center for their care over the last few weeks, and a special thank you to Mark’s caregivers, Denise and Gerard.
