Kristi J. Moore

Kristi J. Moore, age 60, of Millersport, OH passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025, at Pickering House Hospice and Palliative Care after a hard-fought battle with breast cancer. Kristi was born in Gallipolis, OH on June 12,1965 to Clyde and Linda Moore. She was a graduate of Hamilton Township high school (class of ’84). As was typical of Kristi, she met this last challenge of her life with courage, humor, and concerns for her loved ones more than herself. Known affectionately as ‘Mamaw’, Kristi’s grandchildren brought her immense joy and happiness. She enjoyed trips to West Virginia and was passionate about her family lineage researching back centuries. As we remember Kristi, we reflect on the warmth of her smile, the kindness in her heart, and the strength of her spirit. She was a woman who touched the lives of many. Kristi is survived by her children, Sarah Hamm, and Jamie (Adam) Haukom; longtime partner, Jeffrey Dillabough; mother, Linda Moore; 6 grandchildren, Anthony Hamm, Brady Hamm, Henley Haukom, Tessa Haukom, Indie Haukom and AJ Haukom; sisters, Lisa (Kevin) Horsefield, and Terri See; brothers, Jay (Veronica) Moore, and Michael (Tori) Moore; nieces, Demi (Antonio) Gomez, and Jackie (David) Bonner; along with many aunts, cousins, and great nieces and nephews. Kristi was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Moore, and grandmother, Mary Larkin. As per Kristi’s final wishes, a private farewell will be held in her honor at a later date.
