Kelsey Louise Crook, 27, of Somerset, our Angel on earth, was taken to her Heavenly home Monday, November 10, 2014.
Kelsey was born September 26, 1987. She attended Berne Union High School and was a graduate of Ohio University. Kelsey was a Registered Nurse at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She was the most loving daughter and most giving mother. Her children were her pride and joy.
Kelsey is survived by children, Hunter, 9; Morgan, 4; and Waylon, 1; her mother, Debbie (Tim) Green; sisters, Jessica, Jenny, Janelle and Jayla; grandparents, Bob and Linda Mann; uncle, Bob Mann; aunt, Minnie Hestor; and cousins, Rob Mann, Brett Mann, Kia Crook and Linda Kruse.
She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Crook; uncle, Cecil Crook, and grandparents, Ed and Juanita Crook.
Friends may call from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the Somerset United Methodist Church, 139 E. Main St., Somerset, Ohio where services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grubb Kids Fund at the Commodore Bank, Somerset, Ohio.
