John Ryan Fullmer

John Ryan Fullmer, 57, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away unexpectedly after a brief hospital stay at 1:24 a.m. Sunday, July 16, 2023, at Erlanger Baroness Hospital in Chattanooga. John was born in Fresno, California to Pamela (Ryan) Fullmer of Somerset and the late Ray V. Fullmer. John graduated from Sheridan High School in 1984, served in the Navy for several years, and worked in maintenance and in robotics as an automation technician and a systems processing engineer. In addition to his mother, John is survived by a sister, Teryl (Craig) Collins of Somerset, Ohio; a brother, Paul (Mary) Fullmer of Stapleton, AL; girlfriend, Shannon Huntley of Chattanooga, TN; and three children, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Fullmer. A caring cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 19, 2023, in Somerset Cemetery with the Rev. Karen Walters officiating.
