Jerry L. Klingler, 83, of New Lexington, Ohio, passed away at his residence on Friday, February 21, 2025. Jerry was born December 22, 1941, in Redfield, Ohio, to the late Orville and Freda (Nutter) Klingler. He retired from Western Electric and AT&T in Columbus, Ohio. He is survived by his children, Tammy (Steve) Hatfield, Jeannie Exline, Tracy Klingler, Tina Davis; grandchildren, Robert (Gwen) Hatfield, Darcy (Ryan) Culbertson, Corey Klingler, Ashley Klingler, Carol (Gary) Newberry; several great-grandchildren; sister, Sheryl (Larry) Dunwoody; stepdaughter, Tonya Parsley; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Klingler. Friends may call from 5-6 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2025, at the Bope-Thomas Funeral Home in Somerset where services will be held at 6:00 p.m.
