Jack Lee Henery

Jack Lee Henery, 68, of Somerset, passed away at 1:16 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Somerset Genesis Emergency Medical Center. Jack was born September 22, 1953, in Zanesville, Ohio, the son of the late John L. Henery and Mary Ann (Jones) Henery Curry. He was a 1971 graduate of Sheridan High School. He had worked at the Paper Mill in Baltimore, Ohio and retired from Ralston in Lancaster. Jack loved hunting, fishing, anything outdoors, and cruising in his truck. He is survived by one daughter, Tiffany; one sister, Mary K. (John) Patterson; one brother, Bob (Debbie) Henery; three stepbrothers, Donald L. (Karen) Curry, Danny L. (Amber) Curry, and Michael (Carol) Curry; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Donald W. Curry; and one brother, William L. “Bill” Henery. Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at the Bope-Thomas Funeral Home in Somerset. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2022, in Somerset Cemetery with the Rev. Karen Walters officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Somerset-Reading Twp.
