Gary L. Beach

Gary L. Beach, 66, of Junction City, passed away Sunday, October 15, 2023, at OSU Medical Center. Gary was born August 12, 1957, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of Ruth Edna (Smith) Beach of Columbus, and the late Ronald Lance Beach. He was a retired heavy equipment operator doing a lot of demolition. He was an avid motorcycle rider and loved to fish, hunt and camp…anything outdoors. Gary was active in Martial Arts since he was 14 years old. He is survived in addition to his mother by three children, Michael (Michelle) Back of Glenford, Jessica (Ken) Perry of Junction City, and Gary Beach Jr. of Obetz; eight grandchildren, Katelyn, Megan, Tyler, Chianne, Reaven, Christopher, Nathan, and Kenny (aka Cheesedog); two great-grandchildren, Ava and Jazlyn; many honorary grandchildren; and two brothers, Ronald and Michael Beach. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jewell Beach (2021); and one brother, Chris Beach. Friends may call from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, October 21, 2023, at the Somerset Community Church, 139 E. Main St., Somerset, Ohio where services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Saturday with Pastor Howard Cameron officiating.
