Clara M. (Daniels) Wilson

Clara M. Wilson, 93, of Thornville, passed away at 7:20 a.m. Sunday, March 14, 2021 at Genesis Hospice and Palliative Care. Clara was born October 21, 1927 near Thornville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Owen H. and Lillian E. Fisher Daniels. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Thornville, Grace Lutheran Sewing Club, and Thornville Extension Homemakers Club. Clara is survived by two sons, Dana (Barb) Wilson and Stanley E. (Cyndi) Wilson, both of Thornville; two daughters, Wanda Wilson of Pickerington and Connie (Tom) Shoemaker of Long View, TX; six grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; four sisters, Edna Binckley of Newark, Mary (James) Wilkins of Fresno, Ohio, Esther Cayton of Thornville and Martha (John) Lutz of Millersport. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Paul Eugene Wilson (March 30, 2002); and three brothers, Ralph Fisher, Russell Daniels, and Chester Daniels. Friends may call from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, March 18, 2021 at the Bope-Thomas Funeral Home in Somerset where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 19, 2021 with Pastor Doug Lynn officiating.
