Cheri Jean (Francis) Snider

Cheri Jean Snider, 72, of Somerset, passed away at 2:29 p.m. on Monday, September 13, 2021 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville. Cheri was born June 15, 1949 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Walter and Jean Francis. She was a graduate of the University of Charleston and was a nurse in various hospitals and home healthcare. She is survived by her husband, Roger Snider of Somerset; three sons, Todd C. Plantz of Carroll, Timothy R. Plantz of Somerset, and Ryan Francis of Mansfield; four grandchildren, Chase Plantz, Nicholas Reynolds, Dillon Plantz, and Dakota Plantz; two step grandchildren, August and Jeremy; and one brother, Tom Francis of Columbus. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Scott Plantz. No calling hours will be observed. There will be a caring cremation at Cheri’s request. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 25, 2021 at the Living Word Church in Junction City.
