Charla Jean (Berkheimer) Coble

Charla Jean (Berkheimer) Coble, 74, of Somerset, Ohio, passed away at her home on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, surrounded by her family. Charla was born January 4, 1951, in Zanesville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Charles and Regina (Neff) Berkheimer. She was employed by Robert M. Neff, Inc. and retired in 2005. She was a member of the Mount Perry United Methodist Church and Olive Branch #251 Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her loving husband, Ed Coble (whom she married October 8, 1988); her children, Joshua (Heidi) Coble, Trent (Shannon) Coble, and Danyel (Bruce) Habig; grandsons, Wyatt and Morgan Coble, Clay (Erica) Coble, Patric (Lauren) and David Habig; great-grandson, Cayden Coble; her siblings, Scherrie (Dan) Berkheimer, Chuck (Debbie) Berkheimer, David Berkheimer, Rnee (Demi) Wisecarver, Jaynellen (Fountain) Sharp, Schellie Breseman and Dante’ (Neeley) Berkheimer; special family, Amanda, Ashley and Ryan; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many other family and special friends. A private family service was held on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at the Bope-Thomas Funeral Home in Somerset with Pastor Mike Queen officiating. She was laid to rest in Poplar Forks Cemetery, Gratiot, Ohio. Donations may be made in Charla’s memory to the Genesis Cancer Care Center, 2951 Maple Avenue, Zanesville, Ohio 43701.
