Carole (Burchfield) Fellabaum

Carole Burchfield Fellabaum, 60, of Somerset, Ohio passed away at 7:54 a.m. Friday, November 15, 2019 at OSU Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio. Carole was born May 28, 1959 in Columbus, Ohio to Dorothy and Warren Burchfield. Carole graduated from Gahanna Lincoln High School and attended The Ohio State University. Carole and Kevin Fellabaum married on June 16, 1979 and raised four children together. Carole and Kevin eventually settled on their small family farm in Somerset in 1992. Carole loved reading (especially mysteries), enjoyed her many gardens and animal companions, and in more recent years, she could be found playing games and chatting with friends online. Carole was preceded in death by her beloved husband Richard Kevin Fellabaum; her parents Dorothy and Warren Burchfield; and her brother Gary Burchfield. Carole is survived by her daughter Jennifer (Shaun) Fellabaum-Toston; sons Steven Richard (Mandi) Fellabaum, Michael Fellabaum and Jeffrey Fellabaum; brother Larry (Cathy) Burchfield; several nieces and nephews; in-laws, Betty and Ed Fellabaum; many good friends far and wide, as well as her sweet dog Goofy. Cremation services are entrusted to the Bope-Thomas Funeral Home in Somerset, Ohio. Memorial service to be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at the Anchor Church of Crooksville, 114 Sycamore St., Crooksville, Ohio with Pastor Anthony Richard officiating. Friends may call from 4-6 p.m. at the church.
