Anna B. “Ann” Stoltz, 87, of Junction City, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at Altercare of Thornville surrounded by her family.
Ann was born December 20, 1936, in Punxsutawney, PA, the daughter of the late Fred and Anna Bea Braunns. She was a 1954 graduate of Punxsutawney Area School. Ann was a member of Junction City Congregational Methodist Church. She worked many jobs before retiring from Piron’s in Lancaster. She enjoyed camping, traveling and spending time with her family.
Ann is survived by her daughter, Carlyn of the home; granddaughter, Kimberly (Jeremiah) of Lancaster; great-granddaughters, Allie and Gabby Tucker; sister, Mary Emma Hoover of Valier, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; a brother, Jackie Braunns; brothers-in-law, Paul Hoover and Donald and James Stoltz.
Friends may call from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, September 22, 2024, at the Bope-Thomas Funeral Home in Somerset where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 23, 2024, with Rev. Ron Evans officiating. Burial will follow in New Lebanon Cemetery.
