Shirley J. McGrath, 93, of Granville, Ohio, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2017 in Granville.
Shirley was born May 5, 1924 to Oliver and Olive Parkin Taylor. Shirley worked as a Medical Receptionist in the Peoria, IL area.
She is survived by a daughter, Shelley (Jeff) Johnson of Newark, Ohio; a granddaughter, Heather (Jon) Rousseau of Peoria, IL; and two great-grandchildren, Dakota and Justin of Peoria, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John J. McGrath (February 2, 2005); and her siblings.
A Committal Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 4, 2018 at the Resurrection Mausoleum Chapel in Peoria, IL with visitation from 9:30-10:00 a.m. Entombment will follow in the Mausoleum.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Ohio, Newark, Ohio.
