Marlene Regina Fisher, 76, of Glenford, Ohio, died at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Genesis Healthcare of New Lexington.
Marlene was born July 18, 1942 in Lancaster, Ohio, the daughter of the late John Leonard and Regina Gladys Bowman Miller. She was a 1960 graduate of Shawnee High School and a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church. Marlene worked many jobs, finishing her career as an assembler at Rockwell International in Newark. She was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother, and lover of all animals.
She is survived by a son, Mark C. Fisher of Columbus; a grand-daughter, Katrina M. Fisher of Connecticut; a brother, Kenny and Diana Miller of New Lexington; two sisters, Alicia (Tom) Colvin of Shawnee and Debbie (Dana) Davis of Bristol; and two sisters-in-law, Bonnie and Wilma.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald V. Fisher; and three brothers, Leonard, John and Dale Miller.
There will be a cremation at Marlene’s request with services to be held at a later date.
