Gwendolyn Peck Obituary
Gwendolyn Joan Peck, 84, of Somerset, died at 3:25 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2018 at her residence.
Joan was born November 13, 1933 in Junction City, Ohio, the daughter of the late Joseph and Daisy Ansel Fondale. She retired from Heartland-Fairfield Care Center. Joan was an avid OSU fan and loved to play Bingo at the New Lexington Legion.
She is survived by a daughter, Sandra Peck; two sons, Chuck (Lucille) Peck and Greg (Eneida) Peck, all of Somerset; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Shirley Ruff and Thedia Mathias.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Wayne Peck; a brother, Robert Fondale; and 16 half brothers and sisters.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Friday, September 7, 2018 at the Bope-Thomas Funeral Home in Somerset. No funeral service will be held.
