I did not know that Freda had passed away. How very sad. I worked with her in Administration at Fairfield Medical Center and I absolutely adored her. She was the sweetest lady. Please accept my sincerest condolences. The world lost a bright light but gained an angel.

Gretchen and family: Mike and I ( and mom) are so sorry to learn of your mother's passing. We only just read this tonight in your card of thanks in the Tribune. I wish we'd known earlier, we would have certainly loved to come see you again, and pay our respects to Freda. Prayers for peace and comfort, knowing your mom is reunited with many of the old Auditor's office gang. I'm sure it's someone's birthday up there!!!

Dear Gretchen, Nick and the entire Gaskins family: I had the pleasure of meeting your mom many times while in high school. She always had a warm smile and welcoming spirit. A fond memory is her sending me a homemade loaf of bread after graduation. Not so fond - those crazy geese at the house! You have my condolences and deepest sympathy.

I have such fond memories of Freda and the whole Gaskins family. We shared many adventures together and most of all, our beautiful Catholic Faith. May God rest her beautiful soul.
